Integrated Systems Management Policy
The Integrated Management System Policy in Quiddita d.o.o. Belgrade stems from the continuous efforts of the Company to meet the requirements, needs and expectations of the clients, as well as shareholders, employees, suppliers, business partners and the community in which it operates, in a timely manner and as complete, efficient and reliable as possible. Our strive to be the best at what we do and that the quality is pride of our work is the orientation from which the principles of our Integrated Management System Policy are derived and such commitment requires that we use all of our knowledge and skills in all areas and apply them to business processes. Permanent commitment of the Company is to perform all business activities respecting the laws and other regulations and to harmonize its operations with their changes.
Business Principles of the Company are customer care, employee care, responsible cooperation with suppliers and business partners, social responsibility, environmental care and sustainable development with responsible use of natural resources and their management. These principles are accomplished through the Integrated Management System Policy, which defines the basic principles and general commitment of the Company management to the quality as the foundation of our business philosophy, to protection and preservation of the environment as a moral obligation to present and future generations and to protection of the health and safety at work, as an expression of care and respect to employees - the most important force of the Company.
These principles and the commitment of the Company are based on the following:
- Meeting the demands, needs and expectations of internal and external interested parties;
- The development of quality relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners based on mutual interest;
- Following the offering of competitors and taking the necessary steps to be at the top;
- Supporting and stimulating creativity of employees, their initiative and responsibility for quality;
- Continuous improvement of the service delivery processes, investment in human resources and equipment in order to maintain a cutting-edge technological level and to meet the highest standards in the area of operations;
- Systematic human resource management by providing training and development of employees in order to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes with constant care of every employee’s motivation to achieve a common goal;
- Creating healthy working conditions and improved and safe working environment for the employees;
- Improving the work organization in order to increase energy efficiency, prevention of the environment pollution and increasing work safety;
- The tendency to reduce total waste and waste disposal, which cannot be processed in a manner that does not endanger the environment;
- Continuous improvement of environment protection efficiency;
- Continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Integrated Management System, through constant review and improvement;
- All objectives of the Company shall be in accordance with this policy and constantly under review.
The management of the Company is committed to this Integrated Management System Policy and responsible for its implementation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. All employees are required to act in accordance with this policy and to work towards achieving the goals that derive from it and by which it is achieved, because the business success and sustainable development of the Company is unthinkable without achieving these goals.
